As a follow-up to this morning's call:

• Maveric is continuing its negotiations with Windstream. We do not have final contract yet. Once the contract is finalized we will communicate any changes to you in a timely manner per your contract with Maveric.
• There is some great items coming out of the discussions including a more frequent pay schedule which means you get your money faster! We are also discussing additional sales venues to increase your selling potential and territories! -Windstream is committed to working with Maveric on innovative marketing options and possibilites.
