Who we are
MaveriConsulting LLC (“Maveri”, “we”, “us”) is an independent authorized retailer for home internet service providers, including Kinetic (Windstream) and Point Broadband. We are not the internet service provider. We help you check whether service is available at your address and, if you ask us to, we place your order with the provider. This policy covers mavericonsulting.com, the lead forms we run on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta platforms, and the calls, text messages and chat messages we exchange with you.
Information we collect
- What you give us in a form or chat: your name, phone number, email address, service address and ZIP code, your current internet provider, and your preferred contact time.
- What you give us on a call:the plan you choose, your preferred installation date, and any details the provider requires to place an order. Identity details a provider needs for its own checks (for example a date of birth) are entered directly into the provider's ordering system and are not stored by us.
- Call recordings: we record calls for quality and training after telling you at the start of the call.
- Information from Meta: when you submit one of our lead forms, Meta sends us the form answers, a lead ID and the ad you responded to.
- Technical information: the usual server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use our website.
How we use it
- To check service availability at your address and answer your request.
- To contact you about your request by phone, text message, email or Messenger, with your consent.
- To place and track your order with the provider you choose.
- To keep records required by law and by our agreements with providers.
- To measure and improve our advertising. We may share limited, aggregated or hashed conversion information (for example, that a lead became a customer) with Meta so that our ads are shown to people who are more likely to want the service.
Calls and text messages
When you submit a form and agree to be contacted, you give MaveriConsulting LLC consent to call and text you at the number you provided about home internet availability, pricing and your order, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS or MMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, by telling any of our representatives, or by emailing us (see Contact). Reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests across all channels and we observe the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state calling-hour rules.
Who we share it with
- The internet service provider you choose,so that it can qualify your address, place your order, schedule installation and bill you. The provider's own privacy policy governs what it does with your information.
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our contact-center team, telephone and messaging systems, customer-relationship software and web hosting. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Meta, in the limited form described above, to measure our advertising.
- Authorities, when we are required to by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of calls and texts at any time. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including Texas, Virginia, Tennessee, Maryland, Florida, Kentucky, Iowa and Nebraska) may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of their data and to appeal a decision. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time the applicable law allows.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep lead and order records for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal and contractual obligations, including records of your consent to be contacted. We use access controls, encryption in transit and role-based permissions to protect your information, and we limit access to the people who need it to serve you.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only the cookies needed to operate the site and basic analytics. Our ads on Meta platforms are subject to Meta's own privacy policy and your Meta ad settings.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted on our website.
